Terms of Service

1. Services

I provide dog walking and pet sitting across Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Liverpool and Warrington, between 6am and 10pm, seven days a week. Dog walks are solo: only dogs from the same household together, never mixed with other customers' dogs. Pet sitting covers dogs, cats and rabbits, at your home or mine, with overnight stays available.

2. Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until I confirm it with you. A free meet and greet is offered before the first booking.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are on the prices page: £9 for a half-hour walk, £18 for a 1-hour walk and £10 an hour for pet sitting, with 50% off a second dog on walks. Quotes for sitting longer than a day are agreed in advance. Payment is by cash or bank transfer. A £5 deposit is required for pet sitting; no deposit is required for dog walking. We'll agree when payment is due when you book.

4. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Message me if you need to cancel and we'll sort it out.

5. Your pet's health

You agree to tell me about any medical conditions, medication or behaviour issues, and about your pet's vaccinations. Message me if you're unsure what I need.

6. Behaviour

Tell me about any behaviour needs when you book. We'll agree what's safe for your dog, including whether walks are on lead.

7. Emergencies and vet care

If your pet becomes ill or injured, I'll try to contact you first. If I can't reach you, you authorise me to take your pet to your vet or the nearest vet. Any vet costs will be agreed with you — message me if you want to sort this out when you book.

8. Keys and access

Message me and I'll explain how I handle keys and access for your booking.

9. Bad weather

Message me and I'll let you know how I handle walks in bad weather.

10. Insurance and liability

I'm insured. Message me if you'd like more detail about my cover.

11. Photos

I'll only share photos of your pet on social media if you've agreed to it.

12. Ending the arrangement

Message me if you'd like to end a regular booking and we'll agree a finish date.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
