Who I am
I'm Jodie Kyler, and I trade as Paws Around Town. I'm responsible for your personal information (the "data controller"). My address is Rushfield Crescent, Brookvale, Runcorn, WA7 6BN. You can contact me by WhatsApp or text on 07947 890956, via Facebook, or through the forms on this website (www.walkswithjodie.co.uk).
What I collect
- Your name, phone number, email address (if given), home address and postcode
- How you'd like me to contact you
- Details about your pets, including name, breed, age, behaviour, medical needs and medication
- Your vet's name and phone number
- Key and access details for your home
- Booking dates, times and payment records
- Messages you send me by WhatsApp, text, Facebook or the website forms
- Photos of your pet, only if you agree
Why I use it, and my lawful basis

Who I share it with
I don't sell your information. I may share it with your vet in an emergency, my insurer if there's a claim, and the services that help me run this website (this site is hosted on Cloudflare). When you send the form on this website, your name, contact number, area, preferred contact method and message are emailed to me so I can reply. WhatsApp and Facebook messages are handled by Meta under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep your details only as long as I need them to provide the service and meet any legal requirements. Message me if you'd like your information deleted.
How I keep it safe
I look after any personal details and access information you share with me carefully. Message me if you'd like more detail about how I store keys or access codes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it's used, ask for it to be moved, and withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, contact me using the details above.
If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
